The Quatermass Event at Derby Quad

 

The Quad in Derby will be hosting a one day event celebrating Nigel Kneale's creation Quatermass on 6th December, 2025.

Participants include Toby Hadoke (author of The Quatermass Experiment – The Making Of TV’s First Sci-Fi Classic (2025), Andy Murray (author of Into The Unknown – The Fantastic Life of Nigel Kneale), Jon Dear (Producer of the 70th Anniversary The Quatermass Experiment stage production at Alexandra Palace) and Bronte Schlitz (featured on both of the new Hammer BluRays and contributor to new book Nigel Kneale and Horror).

7:00pm – Impact Zone – The Impact and Influence of Nigel Kneale – Panel Discussion
8:00pm – Quatermass and the Pit (1967) + Intro
